What we collect
When you request a home grooming visit or contact us, we collect the details you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address (if given), ZIP or postal code, information about your pet, your preferred date and time, and any notes you add.
We also record basic technical information such as your IP address and, if you arrived from an advertisement, the campaign details in the link (for example a Google Ads click ID or UTM tags). This helps us understand which ads are useful.
How we use it
- To contact you about your booking by phone, text or email.
- To check that we serve your area and to plan the visit.
- To keep a record of the services we provide.
- To measure how well our advertising works.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to send marketing messages unless you ask us to.
Cookies and advertising
Our booking page uses a session cookie so the form works securely. If advertising measurement is turned on, Google may set cookies to record that a visit came from one of our ads and whether a booking request was sent. You can control advertising cookies in your browser settings and at Google's ad settings page.
How long we keep it
We keep booking requests for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal or accounting requirements, then delete them.
