How a home visit works
- Send the form or call. Tell us about your pet and when suits you.
- We confirm by phone or text. We agree on a time and give you a price before anything is booked.
- Your groomer arrives with everything. Shampoos, towels, dryer, table and tools. You just need a small space and warm water.
- Your pet is groomed at home. One pet, one groomer, with breaks whenever your pet needs them.
- Pay when it is done. We tidy up, show you the result and share tips for keeping the coat in shape.

Questions before you book
Do I need to be home during the visit?
Yes, for the first visit we ask that someone is home to show us around and talk through how your pet likes to be handled. For regular clients we can discuss other arrangements.
What do you need from me?
A small space to work, such as a bathroom, laundry room or kitchen corner, plus access to warm water. We bring our own shampoos, towels, dryer, tools and table.
How long does a visit take?
Most visits take 1 to 2 hours depending on the service, coat condition and how relaxed your pet is. Nail trims take around 15 to 30 minutes.
Can you groom a nervous or older pet?
Yes. Grooming at home is often easier for anxious and senior pets. We go at your pet's pace, take breaks, and will stop if your pet is too stressed to continue safely.
My pet is badly matted. Can you help?
Often, yes. Severe matting usually needs to be clipped short for your pet's comfort rather than brushed out. We will always explain the options before we start.
How do I pay?
We confirm the final price before starting, based on your pet's size, coat and condition. Payment is taken at the end of the visit.
What happens after I send the form?
We call or text you, usually within one working day, to confirm the details, give you a price and agree on a time.
